Scenario:

When trying to delete a ticket form the Event Management Dashboard. I cannot delete a ticket

Solution:
We do not allow tickets types to be deleted if there are sales on that specific ticket type. If you do not want the ticket to display on your event page, when editing the ticket type, click the checkbox that allows you to hide it from the page.

If you do not want the tickets to display or be scannable by the ticket scanning app, set the ticket to inactive.
