Step 1: Accessing the Company Details Page
- Log in to your Mi-id Event Organiser account.
- Once logged in, click on the top right-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Uploading Your Logo
- From the dropdown menu, select the "Company details" link. This will take you to the Company Details page.
- On the Company Details page, locate the section where you can upload your logo. It may be labeled as "Logo" or "Company Logo."
- Prepare your logo image file in a suitable format (e.g., PNG or JPEG) and ensure it meets the recommended dimensions and file size requirements.
- Click on the "Browse" button to browse your computer and select the logo image file.
- Once you have selected the logo file, click the "Upload" or "Save" button to upload and save your logo.

- To ensure that your logo appears correctly in ticketing emails, you can verify it by sending a ticket to yourself.
- From the Event Organiser Dashboard, select the event for which you want to send a test ticket.
- Locate the option to create a manual sale. This feature allows you to generate a sample ticket for yourself. Please note this will reflect as a purchase in your reporting,
- Follow the prompts to create a manual sale and enter your own email address as the recipient.
- Complete the sale process and check your email inbox to receive the test ticket.
- Open the email and review the ticket to confirm that your logo is displayed correctly.
- Take note of the logo's positioning, size, and overall appearance to ensure it meets your expectations.
