Step 1: Accessing the Company Details Page

  1. Log in to your Mi-id Event Organiser account.
  2. Once logged in, click on the top right-hand navigation menu.

Step 2: Uploading Your Logo

  1. From the dropdown menu, select the "Company details" link. This will take you to the Company Details page.
  2. On the Company Details page, locate the section where you can upload your logo. It may be labeled as "Logo" or "Company Logo."
  3. Prepare your logo image file in a suitable format (e.g., PNG or JPEG) and ensure it meets the recommended dimensions and file size requirements.
  4. Click on the "Browse" button to browse your computer and select the logo image file.
  5. Once you have selected the logo file, click the "Upload" or "Save" button to upload and save your logo.


Step 3: Verifying Your Logo in Ticketing Emails

  1. To ensure that your logo appears correctly in ticketing emails, you can verify it by sending a ticket to yourself.
  2. From the Event Organiser Dashboard, select the event for which you want to send a test ticket.
  3. Locate the option to create a manual sale. This feature allows you to generate a sample ticket for yourself. Please note this will reflect as a purchase in your reporting,
  4. Follow the prompts to create a manual sale and enter your own email address as the recipient.
  5. Complete the sale process and check your email inbox to receive the test ticket.
  6. Open the email and review the ticket to confirm that your logo is displayed correctly.
  7. Take note of the logo's positioning, size, and overall appearance to ensure it meets your expectations.
