As an event organizer on Mi-id, it's essential to keep your company details up to date. This ensures accurate communication and facilitates smooth event management. This guide will walk you through the process of updating your company details on the Mi-id Event Organiser Dashboard. Follow the steps below to make necessary changes.
Step 1: Accessing the Company Details Page
- Log in to your Mi-id Event Organiser account.
- Once logged in, click on the top right-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Updating Your Company Details
- From the dropdown menu, select the "Company details" link. This will take you to the Company Details page.
- On the Company Details page, you will find various fields where you can update your company information.
- Update the following details as needed:
- Company Name: Enter your company name or make any necessary changes.
- Contact Name: Provide the name of the primary contact person for your company.
- Contact Number: Enter the primary contact number for your company.
- Primary Email Address: Update the primary email address where you prefer to receive communication.
- Secondary Contact Name: If applicable, provide the name of a secondary contact person.
- Secondary Contact Number: Enter the secondary contact number.
- Secondary Contact Email: If applicable, update the email address for the secondary contact.
Note: The account holder's email address cannot be updated on the Company Details page. If you need to update the account holder's email address, please reach out to Mi-id support for assistance.
- After making the necessary changes, click the "Save" button to save your updated company details.
