As an event organizer, you have the option to manually create ticket sales for your event. This allows you to generate tickets for customers who have registered with Mi-id. Follow the steps below to manually create ticket sales for your event.


Step 1: Access the Event Management Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Mi-id account.
  2. Navigate to the event for which you want to manually create ticket sales.

Step 2: Open Manual Ticket Sales

  1. On the Event Management Dashboard, locate and click on the "Manual Ticket Sales" button.
  2. This option allows you to manually generate tickets for customers.

Step 3: Select Ticket Type and Customer

  1. From the available ticket types, choose the one for which you want to generate tickets.
  2. Enter the customer's email address associated with their registered Mi-id account. Note: The customer must have a registered Mi-id account before generating manual tickets for them.

Step 4: Choose Ticket Quantity

  1. Enter the desired quantity of tickets you want to generate for the selected ticket type. Note: The maximum limit for generating tickets at a time is 10. Generating more tickets may cause the system to freeze.

Step 5: Submit Ticket Generation

  1. Click on the "Create"  button to initiate the ticket generation process.
  2. The system will process the request and generate the specified number of tickets for the customer.

Step 6: Ticket Delivery and Access

  1. The generated tickets will be sent to the customer's email address provided during the ticket generation process.
  2. Customers can also access and download their tickets from their Mi-id profile.

Extra Information:

  • IF you would like to create promotional tickets to send to customers, it is adviced that you create a seperate ticekt type with the relivant details. This will ensure that your sales reports are not effected.
  • Generating a large number of tickets at once may result in the customer's email provider blocking the email. It is recommended to generate a maximum of 10 tickets at a time.
  • Manual sales are limited to 25 tickets. If you require more, you can generate additional tickets by repeating the process.
  • To track and manage the generated tickets, you can view and download them from your sales report.
  • Generating manual ticket sales will decrease the available ticket quantity for customers to purchase and reflect in your sales report.
  • If you wish to generate tickets for a different ticket type, repeat the process and select the desired ticket type.
