To edit an event that already exists, you will need to navigate to the Event Management Page and follow these steps:

To edit an event follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Create Event page.

Click on the "Events" link in the left-hand navigation.

2. Choose the event you want to edit.

Click on the "Manage" button, this will direct you to the Event Management Page

3. Edit the event.

Click on the "Edit Event Details" button to start editing the event.

4. Edit the Event name, short description, and long description.

These are required fields. It is recommended that you add as much information in the "Long description" as possible. Things like what artists will be performing, what food will be on sale and extra information on ticket types should be added here.

5. Replace your event images.

These images will display on your event page and on the tickets customers purchase for your event. Be sure to use well-designed, crisp images. Only standard image formats can be uploaded like png, jpegs, or gifs.

Once you are happy with your event thumbnail click the crop button to set the image.

6. Change the format of the tickets on your event page.

We allow the option to have a date picker display when a customer purchase tickets or a list of available tickets. (See screenshots below).

If you would like the event page to display your tickets in a date picker format, select "True". If you would like your event page to display tickets as a list, select "False"

Ticket list format:

Multi Day format

7. Change the dates your event will run and ticket cut-off days.

Choose the start and end dates and times of your event. Should you choose a starting date in the past or end date that is before your starting date, you will not be able to proceed. The start and end dates should be the duration of your event.

The ticket sales cut-off date will be the day you would like to stop selling tickets. Once this date is reached, tickets will not be available for sale on the platform. You can choose to extend these dates by editing the event at a later date

5. Replace extra information about your event.
